Graceful Trauma Solutions

You don't have to carry
this alone.

If you've found your way here, something inside you is reaching for relief.

That's enough. You don't need to have the words yet. You don't need to know exactly what you need.

Just breathe. You're in the right place.

Therapy here isn't about reliving every painful detail. It isn't about being "fixed"—because you aren't broken.

It's about creating a space where your nervous system can finally exhale. Where the weight you've been carrying can be witnessed, honored, and gently set down.

Healing can be both effective and gentle. You don't have to choose.

Jennifer Burgess, LCSW

A bit about me

I'm Jennifer Burgess, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma therapy. I work with adult women navigating trauma, anxiety, dissociation, and the echoes of painful experiences.

I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)—an approach that can help your brain reprocess difficult memories without requiring you to describe them in detail. You stay in control. You set the pace.

I offer telehealth sessions throughout Texas and Oklahoma, which means you can access support from wherever feels safe to you.

You might be here because...

Memories keep resurfacing—in flashbacks, dreams, or moments when your body suddenly feels unsafe even when nothing is wrong.

Your nervous system won't settle. You're exhausted from being on high alert, from the anxiety that hums beneath everything.

Parts of your history feel like they happened to someone else—or you lose time, feel disconnected from yourself, wonder why you can't just "move on."

You've tried to push through, but the weight keeps returning. You're tired of performing okay when you're not.

Whatever brought you here is valid. All of it.

When you're ready

There's no pressure here. If you'd like to talk about whether this might be a good fit, I offer a free consultation. No obligation—just a conversation.

Or, if you'd like to explore on your own first, try our gentle self-assessments—private tools for self-reflection.
